We can’t say enough about how good our experience has been with Hero Home Loans. They successfully executed several refinances and mortgages for us in a very short period of time, which was unbelievable given the current lending environment we are in. Prior to working with Hero Home Loans we were trying to complete a refinance with with another broker / lender - it went on for over 5 months and never got completed!! Finally we found Hero Home Loans and they handled it professionally and expeditiously. We give them our highest rating!!

All around a positive experience from the first conversation to closing table! I will be recommending Hero Home Loans to anyone in the market for a new home, especially if they are going with a VA Loan like I did. The VA loan can be tricky in a hot market but National Hone Loans is well versed so everything went off without even the slightest delay.

I had a great experience working with John. He was up front and honest about the loan experience and what we could expect from the first phone call. He was able to set himself apart not by potentially empty promises in hopes of getting my business, but by ensuring me he\'d take care of me as a client. Despite multiple other quotes I felt the most comfortable going with John and the National team. What stood out the most were his actions when unforeseen problems arose. Nothing ever goes perfect and apparently Texas has some oddities when it comes to refinances, but he was open about what was going on and we were able to come to a fair compromise that took care of us both. John (and the rest of his team) were also on point with communication. Very responsive to texts, phone calls, emails, and patient with the million questions that we had during the refi process. Overall, a great experience with John and would happily recommend working with him.
